## 1. Our Commitment

Palazzo Watches & Gems wants every visitor to be able to browse our collection, 
sell, trade or consign a watch, and reach our team. We aim for this website to meet
the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard published
by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

## 2. What We Do

 * Describe our watch photographs with text alternatives for screen readers.
 * Check text and background colours for readable contrast.
 * Test our main pages on phones and with automated accessibility checks.
 * Keep our contact details, phone number and showroom address in plain text on 
   every page.

## 3. Known Limitations

Some parts of this website come from other companies, including the PayPal and Venmo
payment buttons, Google reviews and embedded maps. We choose these services carefully,
but we cannot fully control how accessible they are. If one of them gets in your
way, contact us and we will complete your request another way.
