The Cartier Santos de Cartier Large WSSA0018 is the white dial expression of Cartier’s
flagship 40mm stainless steel Santos and remains one of the most enduring entries
in the modern Cartier sport-elegance lineup. The Santos collection descends directly
from the original 1904 aviator’s wristwatch Louis Cartier designed for Alberto Santos-
Dumont, and across more than a century has preserved the square case silhouette,
the exposed bezel screws, and the integrated brick-link bracelet that have come 
to define the model within the contemporary collecting canon. The 39.8mm stainless
steel case measures 12.4mm thick and carries the seven-sided beaded crown set with
a faceted synthetic blue spinel, with the QuickSwitch interface beneath the lugs
that allows the steel bracelet to be exchanged for an included leather strap without
tools, and the SmartLink system that permits bracelet adjustment by hand. The crisp
white dial features painted Roman numerals, polished steel sword-shaped hands, and
the secret “Cartier” signature integrated into the dial markers. Powered by the 
Cartier Manufacture Caliber 1847 MC self-winding movement, beating at 28,800 vibrations
per hour with a 42-hour power reserve, with 100 meters of water resistance and a
