This Audemars Piguet Perpetual Calendar ref. BA25799OR is a 1998 example of the brand's rectangular perpetual calendar line, cased in 18k yellow gold with a matching yellow gold bezel. The 36mm case houses a white dial laid out with painted Arabic numerals, blued hands, and the full perpetual calendar display: day, date, month, leap-year indication, and a moonphase subdial at six o'clock, all set within the dial's railway-style outer frame. The automatic movement drives the perpetual calendar functions, which track the calendar across leap years without manual correction. The watch is fitted to an alligator skin strap with an 18k yellow gold clasp, sized for a compact, dress-oriented wrist presentation. Pre-owned, offered with papers.
