Welcome to Fortitudo Honoris LLC dba Palazzo Watches & Gems (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products sold or purchased through Palazzo Watches & Gems. By engaging in a transaction, you agree to the practices described herein.

Domestic (USA): Free FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured
International — Full Asking Price: Free FedEx International Priority, fully insured
International — Negotiated Price: $200 USD standard rate, varies by destination
Duties, Taxes, and Customs: Buyer is responsible for all import-related charges

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

All domestic shipments are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for the total purchase value.
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or a comparable secure service.
Adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments.
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed.

We primarily ship to FedEx Hold at Location (HAL) nearest the verified billing address.
Alternatively, verified business addresses may be approved.
Shipping to a residential address may be allowed at our discretion, with adult signature required. We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, or temporary addresses without prior written approval.

Every watch sold by Palazzo Watches & Gems is backed by a 1-year movement warranty covering manufacturing and mechanical defects in the movement.
First-time clients receive an extended lifetime movement warranty on their first Palazzo Watches & Gems purchase.
Warranty service is performed by Palazzo Watches & Gems's authorized network of independent watchmakers.
Cosmetic wear, water damage from improper sealing on third-party services, and damage from impact or unauthorized service voids the warranty.

12. Inspection & Returns

Every purchase includes a 14-day inspection period from the date of delivery, structured in two tiers:
Days 1–3 (full refund): If the watch does not match the listed condition or specifications, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a full refund with no fees. Return shipping for qualifying claims is provided free of charge via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured.
Days 4–14 (courtesy return): Returns initiated between days 4 and 14 (e.g., buyer's remorse, change of preference) are accepted at Palazzo Watches & Gems's discretion subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
After 14 days: All sales are final.
Full Refund Returns are accepted only for undisclosed discrepancies — including but not limited to undisclosed cracks, scratches, dents, or wear; aftermarket or replacement components not stated in the listing; or a movement, dial, or bracelet that materially differs from the listing description and provided images.
Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with disclosed and photographed conditions are not eligible for return after 14-day return period.
All claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photo and/or video evidence of the alleged discrepancy.
Every incoming and outgoing shipment is fully documented and video recorded — including detailed photographs and video of inner components, dial, movement, case, and bracelet, plus footage capturing condition and timekeeping performance at the time of unboxing and prior to packing. This documentation serves as the authoritative reference in evaluating any return or dispute claim.
Return shipping labels are provided by Palazzo Watches & Gems at no cost for approved claims. Buyers will receive a fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight QR-code shipping label by email from our shipping partner, IFS Inforsure Inc. The email contains the QR code, expiration date, and required packing instructions, all of which must be followed in full to maintain insurance coverage.
Strict packing and drop-off requirements apply. Use only new, unused boxes; double-box the watch (small inside medium, or medium inside large); secure the contents with bubble wrap or packing paper; reinforce the inner and outer flaps with tape. Drop-off must occur at a FedEx Office Print & Services location with a live employee scan — kiosks, drop boxes, "FedEx Authorized ShipCenters," in-store partners (Walgreens, Office Depot, Walmart, Dollar General, etc.), and any FedEx counter inside a retail store are strictly prohibited. Always obtain a drop-off receipt from the FedEx employee. Failure to follow these instructions may result in denial of insurance coverage and forfeiture of the return.
Returned watches must arrive in identical condition to shipment, with all original accessories, packaging, paperwork, protective stickers, and tags intact. Any sign of additional wear, modification, sizing, or tampering voids the return.
Any return accepted as a courtesy outside the eligible criteria above is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs, deducted from the refunded amount.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt and inspection. Return shipping for qualifying claims is provided free via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
