Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch we sell is guaranteed authentic for the life of your ownership, and we never sell replicas or counterfeits. Each piece passes the same multi-step in-house review — physical inspection, serial and reference verification, database and archive cross-reference, hallmarks and finishing, function and performance, and accompanying box and papers — before it reaches our collection.
What warranty comes with my watch?
Every watch purchased from Palazzo Watches & Gems is covered by a two-year warranty on the movement, beginning on the date of purchase. Clients making their first purchase from Palazzo are additionally entitled to a lifetime warranty on the watch movement. Coverage terms and exclusions are set out in our Terms of Service.
How is my watch shipped?
Within the US, free FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for the total purchase value, with an adult signature required. International orders ship via FedEx International Priority at a $200 USD standard rate (varies by destination), fully insured; buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, VAT and customs fees. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after cleared payment.
Can I return a watch?
Every purchase includes a 3-calendar-day inspection window from the date of delivery. If the watch does not match its listed condition or specifications, contact us in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery for a full refund with no fees; return shipping for qualifying claims is free via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured. Outside the 3-calendar-day window, all sales are final.
Do you buy, trade or consign watches?
Yes. Sell outright for a cash offer within 24 hours, with free, fully insured FedEx pickup and payment by wire within 24 hours of inspection. Or consign and keep 80%, 87% or 92% of the final sale price — you approve the asking price before your watch lists.
Can I see a watch in person?
Yes. Our private viewing room at 185 Hudson Street, Suite 2553, Jersey City is open every day, 11:00 to 20:00, by appointment — four minutes from Exchange Place PATH. There is never an obligation to transact.
