I found my go to place to purchase luxury watches!! Mak and Michael were very professional, transparent, helpful, genuine and kind to me. They made the process of buying my first Rolex very easy. All their watches are authenticated with paperwork and box provided. Mak and Michael were very knowledgeable about each watch and answered all my questions to the fullest extent. I would 100% recommend anybody who is looking for their first or next piece in their collection to come here and purchase a watch.

Mike took care of me with my black two toned submariner and a day-date 2, 41 mm Champaign dial. He is very straight forward and all his watches are legit. I go to other watch sellers who have more volume but I rather have the trust with Mike any day. You’d be surprised what your jeweler will sell you and act like they have knowledge on the product when they have zero. Mike is the way to go.

Tried calling to inquire about a trade in. Terrible AI customer service. It hung up on me, I called back, and it hung up again. Imagine purchasing/trying to buy something worth $20k and they can’t even decently pick up the phone. STAY AWAY. Terrible!
