What Happens at a Visit
For Buyers
Try on every piece in our current inventory under loupe. We walk through provenance, service history, market comps, and warranty terms. No purchase pressure — most first visits are 45–60 minutes.
For Sellers
Bring the watch and any papers. We authenticate on-site, pull live market comps, and present a firm offer. Same-day wire for accepted offers above $5,000. Trade credit available against any piece in inventory.
For Consignors
We review the piece, agree on a floor price, photograph in our studio, and list across eBay, Chrono24, and our own site. You’re in the loop throughout. Payment within 3 business days of a confirmed sale.
For Virtual Clients
Video walkthrough of any piece you’re tracking — straps swapped, bracelet bevels under macro, movement opened on request. Same provenance review as in-person. Common for out-of-state clients.
