The 116710BLNR holds a singular distinction: it was the first GMT-Master II ever fitted with a bi-color ceramic bezel, the technically demanding two-tone Cerachrom that took Rolex years of metallurgy development to perfect. This 2016 example sits squarely in the middle of the original BLNR's production window, on the Oyster bracelet that came standard with the early BLNR generation before the 2019 move to the Jubilee.
