Examined to the movement.
The Omega Speedmaster Reduced Date reference 3511.50.00, known to collectors as the Reverse Panda, represents one of the most distinctive dial configurations from the Speedmaster Reduced line introduced in 1988 to offer the Moonwatch aesthetic in a more wearable 39mm automatic chronograph. The reference earned its nickname from the deep black dial set against contrasting silver sub-registers at three, six, and nine o'clock, the inversion of the traditional panda layout that defines references like the 116500LN Daytona. The 39mm stainless steel case features a fixed tachymeter bezel in black anodized aluminum and a sapphire crystal, framing a date window at three o'clock. The Speedmaster Reduced chassis was the brand's longest-running automatic chronograph platform, produced from 1988 until 2009 across multiple caliber generations including 1140, 1141, 1143, and 3220, all built on modular automatic architecture pairing an ETA base with a chronograph module. The model carries Omega's signature broad-arrow hour hand and luminous applied markers. Water resistant to 30 meters, fitted on a stainless steel bracelet with deployant clasp. The Reverse Panda variant remains one of the more collected Speedmaster Reduced configurations and stands as an affordable entry into automatic Speedmaster ownership. Pre-owned condition.
