The Omega Speedmaster Professional is the Moonwatch: NASA qualified it for crewed missions in 1965, and astronauts wore it on the Moon in 1969. The current reference keeps the 42 mm steel case, black dial, tachymeter bezel and hand-wound movement — the calibre 3861 Master Chronometer since 2021, after the calibre 1861 used from 1996.
