The Patek Philippe Grand Complications ref. 5720/1R-001 pairs a perpetual calendar with an instantaneous 24-hour indication and moon phase in a rose gold case, part of Patek Philippe's Grand Complications collection. The black dial displays day and date in apertures at twelve o'clock, a moon-phase and leap-year sub-dial arrangement at six, and applied rose gold hour markers and hands that match the case metal, all visible under a sapphire crystal. The movement is visible through a sapphire exhibition caseback, exposing the finishing of the perpetual calendar mechanism. This 2022 example is presented on a rose gold bracelet. The watch is unworn and comes as a full set with original papers dated 2022.
