The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar ref. 5146R-001 is a rose gold wristwatch with a 39mm case and a beige dial. The reference houses the self-winding caliber 324 S IRM QA LU, built with 36 jewels and offering a 45-hour power reserve, and is fitted with a sapphire crystal over the dial and an open display caseback. The case measures 11.23mm thick and carries a 30m water resistance rating.

This example presents a beige dial with day, month, and moon phase subdials along with a date window, signed Patek Philippe Geneve, paired with a brown crocodile leather strap secured by an 18k rose gold folding clasp. Pre-owned condition, complete with Patek Philippe box, Certificate of Origin, and full accessories dated February 2017.
