The Nautilus 5726A-001 is Patek Philippe's steel annual calendar with moon phase, part of the Nautilus line introduced in 1976 and photographed here in its November 2020 production. The 40.5mm steel case carries the signature Nautilus horizontal-lined grey dial, with the porthole-shaped bezel and integrated case flanks visible in the photos, paired with luminous baton hour markers and a day, month, and moon-phase display above a sub-dial date scale, plus a separate date window at six o'clock. Power comes from an automatic movement with a 45-hour power reserve and 34 jewels, visible through the sapphire caseback along with the gold Nautilus-motif rotor. The piece is fitted on a black leather strap with a steel clasp and remains sized as delivered from the factory at 40.5mm. New with Patek Philippe box and papers.
