The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar ref. 5205R-011 pairs a 40mm 18k pink gold case with a green dial, delivering day, date, and month displays that require only a single correction per year, at the change from February to March. A moon-phase subdial sits at six o'clock, integrated with a 24-hour indicator on the same register. The dial's applied hour markers and dauphine hands are rendered in pink gold to match the case and fixed bezel. Inside is a self-winding movement with 34 jewels and a 45-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire caseback. The watch is fitted to a green crocodile leather strap with a pink gold prong clasp. This 2026 example is new, with box and papers included.
