The case is built around the manual-winding caliber CH 29-535 PS, a column-wheel chronograph movement with a 65-hour power reserve, running at 28,800 vph and comprising 33 jewels. The dial displays hours, minutes, small seconds, and chronograph functions, laid out with the applied Arabic numerals and twin sub-registers characteristic of Patek Philippe's chronograph line, actuated by a column-wheel mechanism visible through the sapphire caseback. This 2026 example is unworn, complete with its full set, including original papers dated June 2026, hang tag, document holder, and operations manual.
